Date & selection details: The online test is planned for 3rd and 4th November 2012. Online test comprises Aptitude test, basics of Computer Science and a tech paper of their choice i.e., either JAVA or C/C++ or web or Software Testing. Just to share vital information which could keep up your minds healthier…

1. Both PTO’s of RGCE completed our departmental load, i.e handling subjects in PE department and we are back to placement and training office wef 25^th Oct 2012.
2. In the interim, our focus was on RGCE 2012 passed out students and we were able to create opportunities and place quite a few.
3. We request you all to learn about NAC-TECH test and do appear for one and get a scorecard of your own. It may (and most probably will) help you in getting a job. See the details in the post below this post.
4. For eligible RGCE students of batch 2013(consistency throughout, i.e form 10^th till 7th Sem B.E/B.Tech), Anna university off campus placements would line up right from Jan/Feb 2013 to June/July 2013. Be hopeful. Solid. You can check last year proceedings of AU CUIC. FYI, one time registration must be done. We will direct and help when time comes.
5. We are trying to connect and organize special drives, walkins and pooled ones. If in case, you receive information on any happening, please inform us with valid information. We can liaise and let access for RGCE students in pooled drives if and only if we have authentic information with contact details atleast 2 days before. Expect your cooperation.

NASSCOM announces the launch of the ‘Retail’ event for the NAC-Tech test. This will enable individual candidates to pay on their own & appear for NAC-Tech at various cities/designated retail centers across the country. NASSCOM, with active participation of IT industry players, has designed NAC-Tech, which is aimed at creating a robust and continuous pipeline of talent by transforming the “trainable” workforce into an “employable” workforce. As working with the IT industry involves working primarily for global clients, that too in a global environment, the preferred language (medium of instruction) is English. The retail drive is scheduled to take place on Sunday – October 28, 2012.   Eligibility criteria   Final-year Engineering students MCA, MSc-IT candidates   Registration Process   Flow Date / Timelines Step-1 Candidates to get Demand Draft (DD) made in favor of‘Attest Testing Services Ltd.’, payable at Mumbai (The candidate can chose to take Part A of the test OR Part A + Part B.
