Hi RGCE Present Final Years

Just to share vital information which could keep up your minds healthier…

  1. Both PTO’s of RGCE completed our departmental load, i.e handling subjects in PE department and we are back to placement and training office wef 25th Oct 2012.
  2. In the interim, our focus was on RGCE 2012 passed out students and we were able to create opportunities and place quite a few.
  3. We request you all to learn about NAC-TECH test and do appear for one and get a scorecard of your own. It may (and most probably will) help you in getting a job. See the details in the post below this post.
  4. For eligible RGCE students of batch 2013(consistency throughout, i.e form 10th till 7th Sem B.E/B.Tech), Anna university off campus placements would line up right from Jan/Feb 2013 to June/July 2013. Be hopeful. Solid. You can check last year proceedings of AU CUIC. FYI, one time registration must be done. We will direct and help when time comes.
  5. We are trying to connect and organize special drives, walkins and pooled ones. If in case, you receive information on any happening, please inform us with valid information. We can liaise and let access for RGCE students in pooled drives if and only if we have authentic information with contact details atleast 2 days before. Expect your cooperation.

Thanks & Regards

Request and expectations of RGCE Placement & Training Office to present and passed out RGCE students

  1. Please follow the blog or the easiest 1 sec way is to set alert through the plugin facility ‘follow’ at the  bottom side RHS of the blog, so that when any post is written, within 1 second, it reaches your inbox.
  2. Please discuss with your classmates/batch-mates to ensure everyone has received the communication from us. It’s not only for the benefit of helping others, many time it helps the self, the job seeker too.
  3. Please ask your juniors, seniors and alumni to follow the blog.
  4. Student representatives and placement representatives: please make sure you pass the information to everyone concerned.
  5. The first point of contact is your existing Department Placement Coordinator(DPC). Every year, we shuffle responsibilities: Passed outs and Alumni please check with your department for DPC’s contact number. You may wonder whats the necessity as I am exploring by myself. Now lots of opportunities are coming for walkins, offcampus and direct selection, like the one we had for today, i.e Flextronics. Hence, we are in a position to pass on the database only to the company or placement and training officers. If you receive any calls relating educational offers, training offers or any sort of marketing calls, please decline or confirm with us writing to and then proceed. We have due regards to our students and wish we wont give opportunity for others to disturb them.
  6. We may not be able  to help if the database what the department placement coordinators possessing are not updated. It is the sole responsibility of student, alumni jobseeker to ensure all data with DPC’s are authentic. The same would be attested by HOD”s of respective departments. This last and very important is made for the reasons which surfaced frequently like wrong percentage or email id or phone numbers because of which few students missed their opportunities to try the interview.
  7. All The Best.
