*Technical Hiring Process*
The technical hiring process remains the same for both Programmer and QA
However appropriate skills are gauged at various stages based on the
This round will assess the problem-solving ability, analytical skills and
lateral thinking of thecandidate. It will be a written test with limited
set of questions to be solved in one hour.
On clearing the analytical test, the shortlisted candidates are challenged
with interesting questions that need to be solved programmatically on
computers. The language can be C, C++, Java or any other language of your
choice, only limited by the availability of suitable compilers in the
programming lab. It will be followed by a quick test to validate arbitrary
On successful completion of programming test, the shortlisted candidates
will attend multiple rounds of face-to-face technical interviews. The

A final round of face-to-face interview happens with the HR Manager.
*Issue of Offer Letter:*
Following the announcement of selected candidates, the HR team will send
the offer letter to the candidates through college. A signed copy of the
